1. 100% Pure Vegetarian Policy
Balaji Chilkur Family Dhaba is strictly a 100% Pure Vegetarian Dhaba and Restaurant. Non-vegetarian food, outside alcohol, and external commercial food items are strictly prohibited inside our dining areas, garden seating, and family halls.
2. 10% Online Table Reservation Discount
- The 10% discount on final dine-in bill applies exclusively to valid online table reservations made via our website.
- Guests must present their digital Booking Reference QR code to the cashier/manager upon billing for discount verification.
- Discounts cannot be combined with separate third-party promotional offers unless explicitly approved by management.
3. Table Holding & Grace Period
Reserved tables will be held for a grace period of 20 minutes from the reserved time slot. If you are delayed due to highway traffic, please inform us by calling our branch directly (+91 98494 98681).
4. WhatsApp Orders & Takeaway
Online orders generated via WhatsApp are fulfilled directly by our kitchen team. Prices listed on our digital menu are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard applicable taxes.
5. Management Rights
Balaji Chilkur Family Dhaba reserves the right to modify menu prices, seasonal dish availability, and operational timings as necessary. For all billing disputes, the decision of the restaurant manager remains final.
